Section 91. Social Services

The facility must provide, as part of an inter-disciplinary set of services, social services to each client directed toward: A. maximizing the social functioning of each client; B. enhancing the coping capacity of each client's family; C. asserting and safeguarding the human and civil rights of the retarded and their families; D. fostering the human dignity and personal worth of each client; E. the development of the discharge plan; F. the referral to appropriate community resources.
