Section 62. Fire Extinguishers

A. Fire extinguishers, as approved by the state fire marshal or fire prevention authority having jurisdiction, are located in the facility. B. Fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment are properly maintained as recommended by the manufacturer, state fire marshal or fire authority having jurisdiction. C. All fire extinguishers are inspected annually and recharged as specified by the manufacturer, state fire marshal, or fire authority having jurisdiction. All fire extinguishers are tagged, noting the date of inspection.
