IMPLEMENTING THE ITP: TIDT members shall carry out their assigned pre-placement responsibilities. The TIDT is responsible for assuring the completion of placement activities and the readiness of the placement unless delayed pursuant to the policies of Appendix B, Section IV.F., dispute resolution process.
