Section 39. Services And Care Of Children In Residential Treatment Services

A. A facility licensed pursuant to these regulations makes every effort to achieve a normal homelike environment for the children in care. B. The health, safety and welfare of children must be the primary concern in all activities and services provided by facilities licensed pursuant to these regulations.
