Section 11. Periodic Redeterminations Of Eligibility

A. A redetermination of eligibility is conducted in accordance with 8.291.410 NMAC. B. All changes that may affect eligibility must be reported within 10 calendar days of the date of the change as detailed in 8.291.400 NMAC.
