Section 14. Supplemental Reports

A. Certain candidates must report in CFIS contributions and pledges to contribute that are received beginning the Thursday before an election through the election in CFIS using supplemental reports in accordance with Subparagraph 5 of Subsection B of Section 1-19-29 NMSA 1978. B. If a candidate receives a pledge during the time period specified in Subparagraph 5 of Subsection B of Section 1-19-29 NMSA 1978 but does not receive the contribution as pledged, the candidate may later amend the campaign committee’s supplemental report.
