6.50.2 NMAC 5 A. Each party to a protest proceeding shall certify that it has provided every other party with copies of all documents or correspondence addressed or delivered to the executive director. B. No party shall submit any material, evidence, explanation, analysis, or advice, whether written or oral, to the executive director or the board ex parte, regarding any matter at issue in a protest.
