Section 12. Ongoing Benefits

An eligible recipient is responsible to report changes affecting eligibility within 10 calendar days from the date on which the change took place. Changes in eligibility status will be effective the first day of the following month. A redetermination of eligibility is made every 12 months. 8.252.600 NMAC 2
