Section 21. Interstate Compact For The Placement Of Children (Icpc)

A. PSD may place children in custody in licensed out-of-state placements, and may accept children in the custody of another state for placement in New Mexico in accordance with the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children (ICPC). B. CYFD has no authority to license resource families in other states.
