Section 23. Child Protective Services Childcare During The Cps Investigation

The PSD worker may offer child protective services childcare during an open investigation as part of an in home safety plan created for the child. Child protective services childcare may be provided during the investigation within the 45 day time frame, or with possibility of a 30 day extension, given to complete the investigation.
