Section 24. Data Gathering/Reporting System

A. Standardized data: The provider will ensure the quality of the data according to MAD medium and frequency of reporting. B. Software: The provider shall make no use of computer software developed pursuant to the contract, except as provided in the contract or as specifically granted in writing by the HCA.
