Section 13. Teachers And Administrators In Non-Public Schools

A. Only licensed teachers and school leaders employed in schools subject to the A-B-C-D-F Schools Rating Act [Sections 22-2E-1 to 22-2E-4 NMSA 1978] shall be governed by any requirement or provision of this rule. B. Specifically, neither licensed teachers nor administrators employed in private schools, BIE schools or state agencies shall be governed by any requirement or provision of this rule.
