Section 9. Eligibility

A. Any child up to age 18, shall be eligible for protective services intake. B. All individuals are required by the Children’s Code, Section 32A-4-3(A) NMSA 1978 to report suspected child abuse or neglect to SCI or law enforcement if they know, or have a reasonable suspicion a child has been abused or neglected.
