Section 6. Objective

A. to establish minimum standards for licensing of community mental health centers; B. to monitor community mental health centers through surveys to identify any areas which could be dangerous or harmful to the clients or staff; and C. to ensure the provision of quality services which maintain or improve the health and quality of life to the clients.
