Section 20. Redisclosure Of Data

Requestors and any individuals who are permitted access to data in or non-routine reports based on the research database, analytical database or linking database shall not: A. provide the data or portion of it to any persons other than those identified in the request form; or B. resell any portion of the data, aggregate data, analysis, linked file or other information gained as a result of obtaining access to the data.
