Section 53. Minimum Room Dimensions

A. All habitable rooms in a facility shall have a ceiling height of not less than seven feet six inches. Kitchens, halls, bathrooms and toilet compartments shall have a ceiling height of not less than seven feet. B. Any room with sloped ceiling where any portion of the room is less than seven feet in height is subject to review and approval or disapproval by the licensing authority.
