Section 11. Hearing Process And Procedures

GROUNDS FOR REQUESTING HEARING: The actions or proposed actions of the authority which may be contested are: A. denial of an application for initial annual license; B. denial of an application for renewal of an annual license; C. a cease and desist order; D. emergency suspension of license (pre-hearing); E. suspension of license (non-emergency, post-hearing); F. revocation of license; G. intermediate sanctions or civil monetary penalties.
