Section 72. Menus

A. The same menu must not be served twice in one week. B. A copy of the current week's menu, including snacks, shall be posted in the kitchen and the entrance of the facility where it can be readily seen. C. Posted menus shall be followed. Substitutions shall be of equivalent nutritional value and shall be recorded on the posted menu. D. The weekly menu plans must be dated and kept on file for 30 days.
