Section 19. Report Of Findings

If the secretary, or the designee, finds that the nurse aide has abused, neglected, or exploited a resident the survey agency shall report these findings to: A. the nurse aide; B. the administrator of the facility that employs the nurse aide; and C. the nurse aide registry.
