§ 49-9-7. Distribution of fees

Out of the fifteen dollars ($15.00) which shall be paid by any applicant for a deed as hereinbefore provided, to the city clerk, the said city clerk shall receive one dollar ($1.00) for his services. The attorney, or attorneys, to which such application is referred shall receive ten dollars ($10.00) and the publisher of the newspaper, in which the notice herein provided for is published, shall receive four dollars ($4.00).
