§ 59A-13-1. Scope of article

This article defines adjusters, requires license, states qualifications for licensing, and other requirements of adjusters so acting in this state. As to licensing procedures, issuance, duration, suspension, revocation or refusal to continue license in general, refer to Article 11 of the Insurance Code.
