§ 59A-14-17. Certain other provisions applicable

In addition to provisions generally applicable, the following provisions of the Insurance Code shall also apply as to surplus line brokers: A. Section 209 (controlled business); B. Section 218 (scope of license); and C. Section 223 (fiduciary funds).
