§ 60-7A-20. False complaints; misdemeanor

Any person who lodges or intentionally causes or conspires to cause a complaint to be lodged knowing the complaint to be unfounded in actual fact, he 1 shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor.
