§ 61-12C-28. Termination of agency life; delayed repeal

The massage therapy board is terminated on July 1, 2027 pursuant to the provisions of the Sunset Act. The board shall continue to operate according to the provisions of the Massage Therapy Practice Act until July 1, 2028. Effective July 1, 2028, Chapter 61, Article 12C NMSA 1978 is repealed.
