§ 61-14B-25. Termination of agency life; delayed repeal

The speech-language pathology, audiology and hearing aid dispensing practices board is terminated on July 1, 2027 pursuant to the Sunset Act. The board shall continue to operate according to the provisions of the Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Act until July 1, 2028. Effective July 1, 2028, the Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Act is repealed.
