§ 61-31-25. Termination of agency life; delayed repeal

The board of social work examiners is terminated on July 1, 2031 pursuant to the Sunset Act. The board shall continue to operate according to the provisions of the Social Work Practice Act until July 1, 2032. Effective July 1, 2032, the Social Work Practice Act is repealed.
