§ 63-3-33. Failure of district attorney to act; prosecution by attorney general

In case of the failure of any district attorney to bring such suit within a reasonable time after information shall have been lodged with him, by the state corporation commission [public regulation commission] or any other person, of any violation of this act, it shall be the duty of the attorney general upon being informed of such fact to cause such prosecution to be commenced.
