§ 72-14-25. Adjustment of plans and operations to facilitate federal aid to project

For the purpose of obtaining financial aid from the United States of America, the commission may adjust the plans and operation of any project, created under this act, to conform to the laws and regulations of the federal government and the supervision of any board, bureau or commission constituted under such authority, and may exercise such powers whenever conferred.
