§ 72-20-70. Customary provisions

The resolution authorizing the securities or other instrument appertaining thereto may contain any agreement or provision customarily contained in instruments securing securities, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, covenants designated in Section 76 of the Eastern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Act.
