§ 73-18-23. Repeal

All acts and parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this act are hereby repealed; but nothing herein contained shall be construed to repeal any provision of the Conservancy Act, except as the provisions thereof, in their application to a contracting district, may conflict with the provisions hereof.
