§ 19-6-10. Penalty for failing to close gates

Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this act shall also be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than ten [($10.00)] nor more than twenty-five dollars [($25.00)].
