§ 73-2-20. Mayordomo not to lease lands; penalty

Any violation of the preceding section shall be considered a misdemeanor, and be punishable upon conviction by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $100 or both, at the discretion of the court.
