§ 74-3-14. Fluoroscopic or X-ray machines for shoe fitting; hand-held fluoroscopes; operation or maintenance prohibited

A. No shoe-fitting device or shoe-fitting machine which uses fluoroscopic, X-ray or radiation principles shall be operated or maintained within the state. B. No hand-held fluoroscope shall be operated or maintained within the state.
