§ 76-21A-5. Applicability to other laws

A. Any transactions involving agricultural products that bear labels stating that the agricultural products are organically produced are subject to Sections 57-15-1 through 57-15-10 NMSA 1978 . B. Any transactions involving agricultural products that are food and that bear labels stating that the agricultural products are organically produced are subject to the New Mexico Food Act.
