§ 76-8-4. Penalty for violation

Any person violating the provisions of this act 1 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than fifty ($50.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300), and each violation shall constitute a separate offense.
