§ 7-23-2. Penalty for violation

The penalty for the violation of this act shall be a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or not more than six (6) months in jail, or both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.
