§ 9-26-10. Personnel Act coverage

All employees and positions in the department, except for the positions of secretary and division directors and other positions expressly permitted to be exempt by the Personnel Act, shall be covered by and shall be subject to the provisions of the Personnel Act. The secretary is the appointing authority.
