§ 1-19A-15.1. State ethics commission; jurisdiction

A. The state ethics commission shall have jurisdiction to investigate and adjudicate a complaint alleging a civil violation of a provision of the Voter Action Act in accordance with the provisions of the State Ethics Commission Act. B. The secretary of state shall forward complaints it receives alleging violations of the Voter Action Act to the state ethics commission in accordance with a formalized agreement.
