§ 12-4-3. Violations; penalties

That the officers of any organization, association, party or group which shall fail to register under the provisions of this act, or any person who shall knowingly fail to comply with the provisions of this act, shall be guilty of a felony and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000), or by imprisonment for not less than three (3) years nor more than ten (10) years, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
