§ 1-10-2. Ballots; duty to provide

The county clerk shall prepare and supply the ballots used in elections conducted under the Election Code. The secretary of state may assist in preparing and supplying ballots. Ballots other than those prepared by the county clerk or secretary of state shall not be used.
