§ 1-6B-2. Definitions

As used in the Uniform Military and Overseas Voters Act: A. “ federal postcard application ” means the application prescribed under the federal Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act; 1 B. “ federal write-in absentee ballot ” means the ballot approved pursuant to the federal Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act; and C. “ military-overseas ballot ” means a ballot sent to a federal qualified elector by the county clerk or cast in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Military and Overseas Voters Act.
