§ 21-11-3. New diplomas for qualified graduates

That the board of trustees of the New Mexico institute of mining and technology shall within six (6) months, after this act is in full force and effect, issue to all qualified graduates of said school of mines a diploma bearing such words or identifications of said institution as may be hereafter issued by said New Mexico institute of mining and technology.
