§ 22-25-6. Election results; canvass; certification

The canvass and certification of the results of an election held on the question of imposition of a public school capital improvements tax shall be as prescribed in the Local Election Act and in addition to the reporting of results as required by the Election Code, and a copy of the certificate of results shall be delivered immediately to the director.
