§ 32A-1-2. Short title; scope

A. Chapter 32A, Article 1 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the “Children's Code General Provisions Act”.
B. The provisions of the Children's Code General Provisions Act apply to Chapter 32A NMSA 1978:
(1) unless the context otherwise requires; and
(2) subject to additional definitions contained in Chapter 32A, Articles 2 through 6 NMSA 1978 .
