§ 39-4-16. Procedure not exclusive; existing remedies unaltered

The method of procedure provided by this act shall be available to the holder of the judgment lien at his option, but shall not be exclusive. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as diminishing or altering any existing remedies, by execution or otherwise, now afforded by law to a judgment creditor.
