Review by trial de novo of decision establishing violation

In the event that the employee involved is held to have violated § 3-18-10 or 3-18-11 and action is taken against him, he shall have the right of review by a trial de novo in the circuit court. Petition for such trial must be made within twenty days after the decision of the above proceedings is made known to the employee. Source: SL 1969, ch 88, § 7.
