Vouchers and warrants for expenditures for improvement of branch line service

Expenditures authorized in §§ 49-17-22 to 49-17-28 , inclusive, shall be paid on warrants drawn by the state auditor on vouchers approved by the secretary of the Department of Transportation, or his designee. Source: SL 1978, ch 342, § 6.
