§ 11-70-503. Public meeting to consider and discuss draft project area plan -- Notice -- Adoption of plan.

(1) The board shall hold at least one public meeting to consider and discuss a draft project area plan. (2) Before holding a public meeting under Subsection (1), the board shall give notice of the public meeting: (a) to each taxing entity, at least 10 days before the public meeting; and (b) for the project area, as a class A notice under Section 63G-30-102, for at least 10 days before the public meeting. (3) Following consideration and discussion at a public meeting under Subsection (1), and any modification of the project area plan under Subsection 11-70-501(4)(b), the board may adopt the draft project area plan or modified draft project area plan as the project area plan.
