§ 13-32a-118. Payment limitation for catalytic converter purchases.

(1) A catalytic converter purchaser, when making a catalytic converter purchase, may not pay the seller for the catalytic converter with cash or a gift card. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a catalytic converter purchase in which the amount paid to the seller is under $100.
