§ 63G-6a-108. Limitations on and responsibility of executive branch procurement units.

(1) An executive branch procurement unit may not engage in a procurement unless: (a) the procurement is made under the direction and control of the division; or (b) the procurement is made under Section 63G-6a-106. (2) An executive branch procurement unit that conducts any part of a procurement under this chapter is responsible to conduct that part of the procurement in compliance with this chapter.
